Processing Time
- Orders are produced after purchase
- Standard production time: 2–5 business days
- Processing may extend during product drops, holidays, or high-volume periods
Shipping Time (after production)
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination & customs)
Shipping Rates
- Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for correct shipping details
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses
Returns & Exchanges
We keep it simple.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee
- This fee is deducted from your refund total

Items must be:

- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged items
- Items returned after the 15-day window
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- If you need another size or item, place a new order and return the original item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
- We’ll make it right

Refunds
- Issued to original payment method
- Processed after inspection and approval
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
